No questions asked returns. Your satisfaction with tramadol is our priority.
For one reason or another, sometimes products have to be returned. When that happens, you need to contact us immediately.
In order to benefit from a full refund for tramadol, you must meet the following criteria:
- No more than one tablet tramadol may have been used.
- Sent back the product within 7 days (upon receiving it)
- You must pay the cost of returning your order.
- Upon receiving your returned order, we will issue a full refund.
In case you receive damaged tramadol (although this is a very rare case), you need to follow the steps below:
- notify us as soon as possible
- provide an image of the damaged goods
- provide a copy of the receipt when shipping back the items.
We will evaluate the damage carefully and decide on how to approach and resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If the goods are completely unusable/consumable, we will ask for their return and provide you with a refund on the shipping, and we will immediately rush a replacement of the products.
